Customer satisfaction is our priority. Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof.

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method. Please note that refunds are not applicable for issues related to size preference, color variation due to screen resolution, or change of mind after delivery.
